Morgan has been appointed by merchant banks and private equity funds to assist in the expanding of hospitality funds, in Europe, Middle East and Asia. A committed coach and mentor, taking pride in developing the leaders of tomorrow.  Inspired by a passion for gastronomy with a multi-disciplined approach and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Adept at creating and developing lifestyle restaurant brands, motivating, mentoring and nurturing teams that deliver consistent commercially sustainable results. With extensive experience in the luxury hotel and independent restaurant sectors.  With a proven track record of developing strong relationships between cascading reporting structures from board level, holding P&L responsibility as the commercial Director.

A enthusiastic William has over 30 years of of hospitality experience in Europe. Originally from Italy, he has an a extensive knowledge of food and wine from around he world. With a passion for service, he has had many senior leadership roles from the Hyatt hotel Knightsbridge As well as the Michelin star eatery and events venue in the Ockendon Manor in West Sussex. Trained in Italy and then went to the cote d'Azure. William is keen to develop people in service and product knowledge.

The Sir Ben currently resides at Manusel  built in the 13th century, ancestral home, a 2000 acre estate that he restoring to its former beauty.   A pioneer of in the container shipping industry and also an early investor in technologies such as Reuters 1000. Sir Ben was an early investor in Pret a Manger and partner with Birleys and  Sandwiches by Lina of Paris. A disruptor and innovator in business who has taken businesses to the next level.

Luis De Casas distinguishes himself in the hospitality industry by his vast multi-cultural, fine dining establishment

experience and prides himself on maintaining strong relationships with exceptional chefs and outstanding

hospitality personnel around the world. Most recently, he has launched 8 casual and chic restaurants in

four different countries. Luis met Morgan at Nobu London becoming Director

of Global Operations he was responsible for overseeing the opening of 21 Nobu restaurants

worldwide.

Specialising in openings, development of new projects and team building. Managing design of kitchen and set up. Menu engineering and application of new dishes required is paramount in achieving the best food cost, understanding the local market place and working closely with local suppliers is very important in achieving a quality end product, also knowledge of non local and specialty products has a big advantage in outsourcing quality ingredients at competitive market prices. Having a background in building and architecture helps me to understand the design for kitchens and layout for maximum flow and productivity.  (10 years French, Italian, and Spanish Cuisine, 15 years Japanese and Korean,)

 Overseeing operations of new restaurants; implementing standards of menus and new concepts. Developing training programs for the service.  Matt has been been delivering training programs for elite butler services in private households in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, working with and England for over 10 years. He has a vast knowledge of event management from large scale weddings, balls and venues such as Wimbledon Tennis Club. He has delivered an array of successful projects focusing on customer service training and managing from launch to operating. Providing consultancy on hospitality operations for NEOM, advising on service protocols and operational efficiencies. 


Heath Hunter

Heath Hunter is from London and currently residing in Palo Alto California, as the found of Danceation has been at the forefront of group fitness for 25 years. Heath provides entertainment solutions for international events such as musicians and DJ's. Heath is a graduate of the London School of Contemporary Dance and the London Studio Centre of Dance and Drama. He is fluent in German and Portuguese. 

Working with Musicians, Acousticians, Sound Engineers and DJ's with Audio specialists to creating the music identity for venues. Silicon Valley companies have turned to Heath to choreograph flash mobs to uniquely market their products and high profile events.

 Jean-Louis Naveilhan, a well-established independent wine importer via his Sommelier Consultant brand, a native French from Provence, trained at the famous L'Hermitage Sommelier school, Head Sommelier (10 years in Mayfair), Buyer & Logistician, with over 35 years’ experience. As well as Head of Education for the SSA (Sake Sommelier Association)

Simon Best is a former Senior Lecturer at Middlesex University Business School. As the Programme Leader for the M.Sc. Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship and the Project Leader of EDH@MDX, the enterprise development hub. As the Project Leader for EDH@MDX Simon has become involved is several projects relating to the development of small businesses, digital hubs and platforms. He was also the university lead for APInno, SBeA and InHerit, three Erasmus funded projects; three projects relating to the development and training of young entrepreneurs, and the development of commercial cultural heritage. Alongside these roles, Simon is a Teaching Fellow. 

Simon has been involved in entrepreneurship on a global scale. Over a period of 30 years he has started businesses in India, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea and Australia. His businesses included a supermarket, a market research agency, a migration consultancy, and a training company. Simon has also been a consultant to small and medium businesses in Japan, Taiwan, India, South Africa and Vietnam. More recently he has been delivering workshops and seminars in Hungary, USA and Viet Nam to emerging entrepreneurs.

After 30 years as an entrepreneur and small business owner Simon took up tertiary education. His undergraduate degree was in adult education and Simon has an MBA from The University of the Sunshine Coast. Simon earned his PhD at Swinburne University of Technology. His PhD thesis was on how entrepreneurs use improvisation as a legitimate strategy to set up and run their businesses. At Middlesex University he taught several entrepreneurship modules not only in the business school, but also in other faculties such as the Faculty of Science and Technology and consults with other schools and universities on developing entrepreneurial programmes.

During 35 years of career in the Air Force Handled Security of Air Force Camps and  International Air Ports in the Country, Administration and supervision of 11500 men  in the Air Force who involve in Security Duties,  VIP Security/ Aviation Security  Providing Executive Training to Officers, Leading Men in the Operational Front, Leading Men during Disasters Relief  Operations/ Natural Calamities and Leading Men in the Sports Field at Different  levels such as Manager/Secretary/ President  etc. Leading Men During National Events such as  Parades/ Exhibitions etc, was the Chief Coordinator of many International Events  such as GHOGM/SAF Games/ State Visits.
