Le has over 15 years experience in the diplomatic service of Vietnam; holding posts as Political Secretary and Personal Assistant to the Ambassador at the Embassy of Vietnam in London, Press Officer at the Press and Information Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam for more than ten years. Prior to joining the Ministry Le had an internship as an assistant for the Representative Offices of the United Nations Development Programme, Save the Children Fund UK, and Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation. Le has a Masters in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Middlesex University, a Bachelor Degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. Le was awarded with the Australian Awards Scholarship, a prestigious scholarship program fully funded by the Australian Government in 2013, to study at University of Adelaide. Le is today bringing entrepreneurs together internationally to influence and promote entrepreneurship in Vietnam.

His approach to hospitality is that of problem solver and teacher. A native of southern Spain, De Casas began his hospitality career in London at the age of nineteen. In 1997, after working at London’s oldest brasseries and developing an excitement for French cuisine, he joined Nobu London as a busboy on opening day without the slightest familiarity with Japanese cuisine. Two years later, he relocated to the states for the opening of Nobu Las Vegas as a captain, and then quickly rose to Director of Global Operations.
