Le has over 15 years experience in the diplomatic service of Vietnam; holding posts as Political Secretary and Personal Assistant to the Ambassador at the Embassy of Vietnam in London, Press Officer at the Press and Information Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam for more than ten years. Prior to joining the Ministry Le had an internship as an assistant for the Representative Offices of the United Nations Development Programme, Save the Children Fund UK, and Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation. Le has a Masters in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Middlesex University, a Bachelor Degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. Le was awarded with the Australian Awards Scholarship, a prestigious scholarship program fully funded by the Australian Government in 2013, to study at University of Adelaide. Le is today bringing entrepreneurs together internationally to influence and promote entrepreneurship in Vietnam.

Simon Best is a Senior Lecturer at Middlesex University Business School. He is the Programme Leader for the M.Sc. Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship and the Project Leader of EDH@MDX, the enterprise development hub. As the Project Leader for EDH@MDX Simon has become involved is several projects relating to the development of small businesses, digital hubs and platforms. He was also the university lead for APInno, SBeA and InHerit, three Erasmus funded projects; three projects relating to the development and training of young entrepreneurs, and the development of commercial cultural heritage. Alongside these roles, Simon is a Teaching Fellow.
Simon has been involved in entrepreneurship on a global scale. Over a period of 30 years he has started businesses in India, Viet Nam, Papua New Guinea and Australia. His businesses included a supermarket, a market research agency, a migration consultancy, and a training company. Simon has also been a consultant to small and medium businesses in Japan, Taiwan, India, South Africa and Viet Nam. More recently he has been delivering workshops and seminars in Hungary, USA and Viet Nam to emerging entrepreneurs.
After 30 years as an entrepreneur and small business owner Simon took up tertiary education. His undergraduate degree was in adult education and Simon has an MBA from The University of the Sunshine Coast. Simon earned his PhD at Swinburne University of Technology. His PhD thesis was on how entrepreneurs use improvisation as a legitimate strategy to set up and run their businesses. Currently, at Middlesex University he teaches several entrepreneurship modules not only in the business school, but also in other faculties such as the Faculty of Science and Technology and consults with other schools and universities on developing entrepreneurial programmes.
