A committed coach and mentor, taking pride in developing the leaders of tomorrow.  As the founder of Cassia Consulting  and Truffle Hospitality, Morgan is a luminary who has been adept and delivering multi-disciplined approach to hotel brand development. A passionate hotelier and restaurateur with over 25 years of experience working with international luxury brands and innovative independent concepts. Morgan has been appointed on several boards as an advisor, and director to provide strategy and implementation, providing quantifiable results.    Always encouraging a collaborative style and a mood to dream, whilst firmly executing the well grounded principles of hospitality.

Le is our Director of Research and Development into travel and tourism focusing in Vietnam. 

 As well as promote sustainability and entrepreneurship that can be a part of the solution to the Climate Change, and contribute to the UN  Sustainable Development Goals. Le has over 15 years experience in the diplomatic service of Vietnam; holding posts as  Political Secretary and Personal Assistant to the Ambassador at the Embassy of  Vietnam in London, Press Officer at the Press and Information Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam for more than ten years. Prior to  joining the Ministry Le had an internship as an assistant for the Representative Offices of the United Nations Development Programme, Save the Children Fund UK, and Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation. Le has a Masters in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Middlesex University, a Bachelor Degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. Le was awarded with the Australian Awards Scholarship, a prestigious scholarship program fully funded by the Australian Government in 2013, to study at University of Adelaide. Le is today bringing entrepreneurs  together internationally to influence and promote entrepreneurship in Vietnam.

Simon Best is a Senior Lecturer at Middlesex University Business School. He is the Programme Leader for the M.Sc. Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship and the Project Leader of EDH@MDX, the enterprise development hub. As the Project Leader for EDH@MDX Simon has become involved is several projects relating to the development of small businesses, digital hubs and platforms. He was also the university lead for APInno, SBeA and InHerit, three Erasmus funded projects; three projects relating to the development and training of young entrepreneurs, and the development of commercial cultural heritage. Alongside these roles, Simon is a Teaching Fellow. 

Simon has been involved in entrepreneurship on a global scale. Over a period of 30 years he has started businesses in India, Viet Nam, Papua New Guinea and Australia. His businesses included a supermarket, a market research agency, a migration consultancy, and a training company. Simon has also been a consultant to small and medium businesses in Japan, Taiwan, India, South Africa and Viet Nam. More recently he has been delivering workshops and seminars in Hungary, USA and Viet Nam to emerging entrepreneurs.

After 30 years as an entrepreneur and small business owner Simon took up tertiary education. His undergraduate degree was in adult education and Simon has an MBA from The University of the Sunshine Coast. Simon earned his PhD at Swinburne University of Technology. His PhD thesis was on how entrepreneurs use improvisation as a legitimate strategy to set up and run their businesses. Currently, at Middlesex University he teaches several entrepreneurship modules not only in the business school, but also in other faculties such as the Faculty of Science and Technology and consults with other schools and universities on developing entrepreneurial programmes. 

Jean-Louis, has been in the wine trade for 21 years with considerable experience in the wine retail industry and working as a sommelier, his knowledge has been broadened by the abundant discovery of the wines and sakes globally as well as extensive wine tasting and buying trips in the UK and abroad tasting over 7000 wines on average in a year. He also worked in wine production which has enhanced his experience and strength in the field. An active and constant contact with the suppliers, customers and fellow trade members provides Jean-Louis to share his passion for sourcing wines and drinks which offer unique and outstanding characters.

 Seow is a passionate and dynamic guest focused on the look and feel of our Hotel spaces. So there are overlapping disciplines that include design and operating service standards. As a Housekeeping professional who prides herself on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions. A development expert with a drive for results having honed her skills in some of the finest hotels in the world including the Raffles, One and Only, The Ritz Carlton, St Regis, Shangri-La and Aman Resorts.
As a Director of Housekeeping and Executive team Seow has been responsible for the daily operations of the Housekeeping Departments guiding the development of a committed multicultural team to ensure impeccable standards. The role has meant bringing all the knowledge and standards required to maintain and surpass the guest’s highest expectations.
As well as maintaining all hotel guest rooms and public areas, plus the ‘heart of house’, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are met. Establishing standards and guidelines to ensure total guest satisfaction and team productivity in compliance with SOPs. Measure, interpret and evaluate working standard of the department. Setting short and long term strategies 

Overseeing operations of new restaurants; implementing standards of menus and new concepts. Developing training programs for culinary teams and excellence in service. Specialising in openings, development of new projects and team building. Managing design of kitchen and set up. Menu engineering and application of new dishes required is paramount in achieving the best food cost, understanding the local market place and working closely with local suppliers is very important in achieving a quality end product, also knowledge of non local and specialty products has a big advantage in outsourcing quality ingredients at competitive market prices. Having a background in building and architecture helps me to understand the design for kitchens and layout for maximum flow and productivity.  (10 years French, Italian, Spanish Cuisine, 15 years Japanese, Korean, Asian Cuisine),

Heath Hunter is from London and currently residing in Palo Alto California, as the found of Danceation has been at the forefront of group fitness for 25 years. Heath provides entertainment solutions for international events such as musicians and DJ's as well as designing music studios. Heath is a graduate of the London School of Contemporary Dance and the London Studio Centre of Dance and Drama. He is fluent in German and Portuguese. Silicon Valley companies have turned to Heath to choreograph flash mobs to 

uniquely market their products and high profile events. 

Working with Musicians, Acousticians, Sound Engineers and DJ's with Audio specialists to creating music identities. 

A multilingual professional (عربي; English; Français) with success in delivering programs/solutions that address business challenges and improve efficiencies. Effective communicator, and skilful collaborator with cross functional teams to gather requirements with proven experience in the design, delivery and implementation of processes that support operational strategies.

Promote and drive positive organizational effectiveness and related culture change initiatives.

Matt ha been been delivering training programs for elite butler services in private households in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, working with and England for over 10 years. He has a vast knowledge of event management from large scale weddings, balls and venues such as Wimbledon Tennis Club. He has delivered an array of successful projects focusing on customer service training and managing from launch to operating. Providing consultancy on hospitality operations for NEOM, advising on service protocols and operational efficiencies.
